Apple Crumble 蘋果金寶




我選擇了蘋果金寶做為了野餐的最後一道甜點
有些人會擔心說, 涼掉的蘋果金寶會不好吃
但其實不是, 我覺得室溫的蘋果金寶更好吃, 蘋果的味道更突出
金寶跟蘋果的組合十分好, 我個人尺很喜歡的
當天我的朋友們也很喜歡這個甜點做為結尾

For the last dessert of panic menu, I choose apple crumble.
Some people may worry that apply crumble won't taste good when it is cooled.
But actually not, I think it taste better when it is in room temperature.
The combination of crumbles and apple filling, just give a hit in my mouth.
All of my friends enjoy this dessert as the last menu of out panic that day.

Ingredients for Apple Crumble 蘋果金寶

Crumbles 金寶:
Cake Flour 30g 低筋麵粉30克
Almond powder 20g 杏仁粉20克
Butter 30g 牛油30克
Sugar 25g 糖25克

Filling餡料:
3 Medium size apples 中型蘋果3個
Sugar 50g 糖50克
Butter 30g 牛油30克
Cinnamon 1 tsp 肉桂粉 1茶匙
Lemon juice 檸檬汁
