Ingredients for Paris Brest 巴黎泡芙圈食譜

(This recipe can make 2 11cm Paris Brest)

Butter 25g 牛油25克
Cake flour 30g 低筋麵粉 30克
Water 50g 水 50克
1.5 Eggs 1.5隻蛋
A pinch of salt 一撮鹽
Sliced Almond 杏仁片
Egg wash(the remaining half egg)
掃面蛋液(用剩下的半隻蛋)


Decoration:
Whipping Cream 150g 淡忌廉 150克
Sugar 15g 糖15克
Fruits 水果
Icing Sugar 糖霜
