TteokBokKi 떡볶이 韓式炒年糕




其中一款我很喜歡韓式料理(其實我也沒有什麼不愛吃..>.<)
你們也知道我是韓食的大粉絲
辣炒年糕, 紫菜包飯, 糖餅...等等等等...我都超愛
但老實說, 這實在太簡單啦
但真的很值得去嘗試的~醬汁辣辣地但又帶在蔬菜的味道
如果你也跟我一樣喜歡韓食, 你也會喜歡這個喔 ^^

One of my favorite Korean dishes!
You guys know I am a big fan of Korean foods.
I love TteokBokKi, Kimbab, Hoddeok...blah blah.. >.<
But seriously, this is super easy to make.
But worth to try~ the sauce is a bit spicy but full of veggie flavors.
If you like Korean food, you must like this dish too.


Ingredients of TteokBokKi 떡볶이 韓式炒年糕

Ingredients for TteokBokKi 韓式炒年糕食譜
Rice Cake 250g 年糕 250克
1/4 Cabbage 椰菜 1/4 個
1/3 Carrot 紅蘿蔔 1/3條
Sugar 1 tbs 砂糖 1湯匙
Red Pepper Paste 1-1.5 tbs 韓國辣椒醬 1-1.5湯匙

1. Finely cut Carrot and Cabbage into long strips.
把椰菜和紅蘿蔔切條
2. In a pot, add 2 bowl of water(500ml) and consommé powder. (You can substitute it with salt).
在鍋中,倒入兩碗水(500毫升),並加入雞粉。(可以用鹽代替)
3. Add Red Pepper Paste and sugar into the broth, mix well.
加入韓國辣椒醬及砂糖,均勺混合
4. Bring it to boil and cook it for 10 minutes with medium heat.
煮滾,並用中火煮10分鐘
5. When the sauce become thicken, add the vegetables.
當醬汁開始變濃稠,加入蔬菜
6. You can also add any food like fish cake.
也可以加入魚板等等的食材
7. Cook it for 5 minutes or until all cooked.
拌炒5分鐘或直至煮熟
8. When the sauce become this thickness, it is done.
當醬汁變濃稠,就完成了

Mango Tofu Fa 芒果豆腐花




豆腐花是香港其中一款傳統甜品(也是我的最愛^^)
軟滑, 清甜和充滿豆香是這款甜品的特色
你一定不能錯過!
你也可以弄弄花樣, 加點不同的醬汁去吃~
這次我就做了芒果口味的 ~~


Tofu Fa is one of the Hong Kong traditional desserts. (Also my favorite ^^)
It is soft, sweet and full of the bean flavor.
You can't miss this!
You can also serve it with different sauces! :D
I make Mango flavor this time~

Ingredients of Mango Tofu Fa 芒果豆腐花

Ingredients for Tofu Fa 豆腐花食譜
Soya Milk 1000ml 豆漿1公升
Gypsum Powder 1.5 tsp 石膏粉 1.5茶匙
Corn Flour 1tsp 生粉 1茶匙
Water 2 tbs 水 2湯匙

1. Put Gypsum Powder and Corn Flour into water, mix well.
將石膏粉及生粉加入水中,混合拌勻
2. Pour Soya Milk into a pan and bring it to boil with medium heat.
先倒豆漿到大鍋中,用中火煮滾
3. Pour the mixture into the large bowl.
在大碗中倒入粉漿,見到粉粒,可以再拌勻
4. Put the Soya milk into the large bowl immediately.
立刻倒入豆漿
5. Cover the clean towel and put the lid on.
蓋上乾淨毛布並把蓋子蓋上
6. Don't move or stir it. Let it set for 30-45 minutes.
請勿移動或者攪拌豆漿混合物。等候30至45分鐘

Ingredients for Mango Sauce 芒果醬
1 Mango 芒果 1個
Water 2 tps 水 2湯匙
Honey 1tps 蜜糖 1湯匙

1. Put all ingredients into food mixers and mix it for a minute.
將所有材料放入攪拌器內均勻攪拌,大約1分鐘
2. Freeze Tofu Fa and mango sauce for an hour.
將豆腐花及芒果冷藏一小時
3. Add some Mango sauce on the top of Tofu Fa and serve.
在豆腐花加上芒果醬,即可享用

Caramel Pudding 焦糖布丁

Ingredients of Caramel Pudding 焦糖布丁

Ingredients for Caramel 焦糖食譜
Sugar 60g 糖 60克
Water 20ml 水20ml

1. Add sugar and water into a pan and cook with slow heat.
在小鍋內加入糖和水,用慢火煮
2. Do not stir it with spoon from the beginning until the color turn brown.
一開始不要攪拌,直到顏色轉成啡,可以用湯匙攪拌均勻
3. When the color turn to dark brown, turn off the heat.
當糖液轉成深啡色,關火
4. Quickly put the caramel into the cup and set it aside.
把焦糖迅速倒入容器內,待冷

** If the caramel is hard and hard to pour out, heat it with a bit of water to make it runny.
** 如果焦糖煮得太硬,可以加一點點水加熱再做調整

2 Eggs 雞蛋 2隻
1 Yolk 蛋黃1隻
Sugar 40g 糖 40克
Milk 1 little box(236ml) 牛奶 1盒 (236毫升)
Vanilla extract 1/4tsp 雲尼拿香油 1/4茶匙

1. Add milk into the same pan and cook with slow heat.
在同一個小鍋,加入牛奶,用慢火煮
2. Bring it to boil and set it aside.
把它煮沸,待涼
3. In a bowl, add two whole eggs and a yolk. Mix it.
雞蛋用攪拌器混合均勻
4. Add vanilla extract (optional), mix well.
加入雲尼拿香油、糖和焦糖牛奶,混合均勻
5. Pour the egg mixture through filter sieve twice to make it smooth
攪拌均勻的牛奶混合物用濾網過濾
6. Fill the cups with egg mixture. Kindly remove the bubble!
把牛奶混合物平均倒入容器內,去除平面的泡泡!
7. Cover with aluminum foil.
蓋上鍚紙
8. Steam puddings with medium heat.
用慢火蒸10分鐘
9. When the time is up, turn off the heat and let it still steaming in the pan for 10 minutes.
當時間到了關火,再焗10分鐘
10. Put the puddings in the fridge and freeze them for 3-4 hours.
放入雪櫃冷藏3-4小時

Minions Rice Balls 迷你兵湯圓




有網友反映說沒有網誌, 找食譜會很困難, 所以現在是慢慢補上囉!^^
第一篇當然是當初我們第一段影片! 迷你兵湯圓 <3
拍攝手法剪接還是很新手, 請大家見諒~~

Some friends said that searching recipes is very difficult without a blog. Therefore, I am making a easiest way for you guys.
The first blog is regarding our first video! Minions Rice Balls
As that time I am still a newbie of filming, please don't mind that ^^


Ingredients of Minions Rice Balls 迷你兵湯圓


Ingredients for 粄媽 粄媽食譜
Glutinous rice flour 30g 糯米粉 30克
Water 20ml 水20毫升 

1. Add water into glutinous rice flour little by little, until it firm into a dough.
加適量的水到糯米粉揉成小粉糰
2. Cook the dough in boiling water. When the dough is cooked and floated, drained out the dough.
放入水滾的鍋煮1-2分鐘,直到浮起來就表示熟透了



Ingredients for rice balls 湯圓食譜
Glutinous rice flour 130g 糯米粉 130克
Water 80-100ml 水80-100毫升 
粄媽 - the one that we cooked before
Food coloring 食用色素

1. Add 粄媽 and water into glutinous rice flour to firm a dough. Adding water little by little until it become a smooth surface dough.
將粄媽及水加入糯米粉中,用手邊搓揉邊加入少少的水,直到成為光滑的粉糰
2. Dye the dough into yellow, blue and black color.
把粉糰用食用色素染成黃、藍及黑色
3. Dye the dough from the light colour to deep colour , should be Yellow- Blue -Black
由淺至深色去把粉糰染色,順次序應為黃-藍-黑
4. Water is the glue of sticking the components.
用水就可以黏住眼晴、嘴巴等部份
5. Follow the steps in the video to make Minions rice balls.
跟據影片的步驟做出迷你兵湯圓
6. Cook the Minions rice balls in boiling water. When the dough is cooked and floated, drained out the dough.
放入水滾的鍋煮1-2分鐘,直到浮起來就表示熟透了



Ingredients for ginger sweet soup 薑糖水食譜
Water 500ml 水 500毫升
Sugar 50g 蔗糖 50克
Ginger few little pieces 薑幾片

1. Add sugar and simmer for a minute.
加入蔗糖並加熱1分鐘
2. Add ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.
加入薑並加熱5分鐘
3. Add sweet soup with Minions rice balls and serve.
再把薑糖水加入湯圓,即完成
