Light soy sauce 3tbps 豉油 3湯匙
2 Star anise 八角2粒
P'uli tea 2tbps 普洱茶葉 2湯匙
1 Chinese cinnamon 肉桂條2枝
Sugar 1tbps 糖1湯匙
Salt 2tps 鹽2茶匙
