大約在1年前, 花盆蛋糕開始在香港的甜品店流行起來
有著像真度100%的花盆外貌, 裡頭卻是提拉米穌/其他不同的蛋糕
我不是太喜歡芝士的味道, 所以我這次就做了朱古力慕士蛋糕
這是我跟弟弟喜歡的蛋糕之一, 我們都很愛這個味道

Around a year ago, pot cake has been a famous dessert in Hong Kong Cafe.
With the look of a pot, but inside may be Tiramisu or any kind of cake.
As I am not a cheese lover, I decided to make a chocolate mousse cake.
That is my brother and my favorite. We both enjoy this cake so much.
I really hope you will enjoy it too.

Ingredients for Flower Pot Cake 花盆蛋糕

(This recipe can make 5 pot cakes.)
(這食譜可以做到5個蛋糕)

For Rocky Road Mousse石板街慕士 :
Chocolate 250g 朱古力250克
Marshmallow 130g 棉花糖 130克
Whipping cream 280g 淡忌廉 280克
Unsalted butter 50g 無鹽牛油 50克
Mini Marshmallow 40g 小粒棉花糖 40克
Almond 40g 杏仁40克
Premade sponge cake 普通蛋糕

For decoration 裝飾部份:
Oreo biscuit 137g Oreo餅乾 137克
Yellow Marshmallow 黃色棉花糖
Mentos candy 萬樂珠

**You may also need flower pot container and cake pop stick
