熱情果的香氣及味道是眾外水果中比較特別的一種

它常常帶給人很清新的感覺

我喜歡熱情果, 檸檬等等這些酸的水果

所以這次我把熱情果及果凍組合起來, 這是個很適合夏天的甜點喔

The special flavors and taste of passion fruit always make me feel so fresh~

I love passion fruit, lemon etc. These kind of sour fruits give such a freshness to me.

I use passion fruit and combine with jelly. That is to totally a good dessert for summer time.

Ingredients for Mini Passion fruit Jelly 迷你熱情啫喱

Passion fruit Juice 100ml 熱情果肉 100毫升

Yogurt 65g 乳酪 65克

Sugar 25g 砂糖 25克

Water 65g 水 65克

Gelatin 5g 魚膠粉 5克
