Ingredients for Red Bean Paste 紅豆餡食譜
Red Bean 70g 紅豆 70克
Sugar 40g 糖 40克

Ingredients for Put Chai Cake 砵仔糕食譜
(9 Put Chai Cakes 9個份量)
Rice Flour 70g 粘米粉 70克
Wheat Starch 30g 澄麵 30克
Brown Sugar 100g 黃糖 100克
Water 300ml 水 300毫升
Red Bean Paste 紅豆餡
