Red bean Mochi 紅豆糯米糍




在野餐餐單中, 我也準備了兩個不受的甜品喔
 紅豆糯米糍是其中一樣。糯米糍是個很好的野餐食物
因為朋友們可以很容易就拿上手吃, 你也可以準備不同的味道喔
這次我就做傳統紅豆味, 這也應該是最好的...哈哈

I also prepared two different desserts for my panic special menu.
Red bean Mochi is one of them. Monchi is such good food for panic.
As people can easily get it to eat, you can also change the filling to make it more tasty.
I made a traditional flavor this time, or it should be the best haha

Ingredients for Red bean Mochi 紅豆糯米糍
(This recipe can make 16 Mochi)
(這食譜可以做到16個糯米糍)
Glutinous rice flour 195g 糯米粉195克
Corn Flour 30g 生粉30克
Sugar 50g 糖50克
Coconut milk + water 320g
椰漿+水 320克
Shredded coconut 椰絲
Red bean paste 500g 紅豆蓉 500克
