Ingredients of Red Bean Rice Dumplings 鹼水粽

Glutinous rice 450g 糯米 450克
Oil 1 tbsp 油 1湯匙
Sugar 1tbsp 糖 1湯匙
Lye Water (Alkaine water) 2.5 tsp
鹼水 2.5茶匙

Red bean 100g 紅豆 100克
Sugar 60g 糖60克

Dried bamboo leaves 20 pieces 乾竹葉 20塊
(you will need 2 leaves for each每隻糉需要2塊竹葉)
10 grass straws 水草 10條
