Ingredients for Strawberry Scones士多啤梨鬆餅

(This recipe can make 8 Scones 這食譜可以做8個鬆餅)

Cold butter 50g 冰凍牛油 50克
Cake Flour 200g 低筋麵粉 200克
Baking powder 2tsp (around 10g)
泡打粉 2茶匙 (大約10克
Sugar 30g 砂糖 30克
Strawberry 6 pieces 士多啤梨 6粒
Egg 30g 蛋液 30克
Soy milk 100g 豆漿 100克

*You can substitute soymilk with yogurt or milk.
*可以用乳酪或牛奶代替豆漿
