飯 1碗 Rice 1 bowl

橙色色素 Orange colouring

紅菜頭粉 1/4茶匙 Beetroot powder 1/4tsp

海苔 Sea Weed

水 250毫升 Water 250ml

鰹魚湯料 1/2湯匙 Dashi brooth powder 1/2tbsp

豉油 1/2湯匙 Soy sauce 1/2tbsp

綠茶茶包 1個 Green tea tea bag 1ea.

沖繩水雲 40克 Mozuku  40g

芝麻 Sesame seed

蟹柳 1條 Crab Meat 1ea.
