Pie pastry Recipe 撻皮食譜:

Cake flour 120g 低筋麵粉 120克

Filling Recipe 餡料食譜:
Lemon Zest ( 1 whole lemon)
檸檬皮 (1個檸檬份量)
Lemon Juice 3 tbsp (around half of the lemon)
檸檬汁 3湯匙 (大約半個檸檬份量)

Cake Flour 2 tbsp 低筋麵粉 2湯匙
Decoration icing 裝飾糖霜

Icing sugar 125g 糖霜 125克
Lemon Juice few drops 檸檬汁幾滴
Water 1tsp 水 1茶匙
