Pumpkin Slice Cookies 南瓜曲奇

Halloween is coming!! One of my favorite festival is Halloween~ I can make lovely and cute Halloween dessert! Using pumpkin everywhere LOL (I am a fans of pumpkin ><) . I designed a tricky slice cookies. it is easy than any slice cookies that I made before. Let's have a try!

萬聖節快到了!!! 這是我最喜歡的節日中之一~ 因為我可以做很多超級可愛的甜點出來! 而且不停地用南瓜做菜 (我超愛南瓜的啦 > <) 我這次就設計了一款偷吃步的切片餅乾.。這是超越簡單的, 比之前做過的都簡單多了~ 試一下吧!

Jigglypuff Pancake 波波球班戟

For Pokemon, I am not really into Jigglypugg honestly. LOL but it always being so cute in animation.So I decided to make a fantasy pink pancake for it. The pink colouring came from raspberry puree and also a little bit pink colouring. When you eat it, you will know it made by raspberry as the flavour is so stron!I If you like fruity food, don't miss this. I hope you guy will like this and try it out later~

就小精靈來說,老實講我沒有很喜歡波波球啦。但是我記得它就是一個很可愛的角色呀~ 所以我就決定為它做一個夢幻粉紅的熱香餅。粉紅色是來自於紅莓果泥跟一點點的色素。當你吃的時候,應該第1時間就吃得出來了。它的紅莓味道是濃的! 如果你歡水果味重一點的食物,這個很適合你們哦。希望你們會喜歡啦~

Ryan Passion fruit Yogurt Mousse Cake Ryan 百香果乳酪慕士蛋糕 라이언 케이크 만들기

Ryan is my favorite cartoon recently since I came back from Korea. I am totally in love with this little lion! Therefore, I always wanna make something about it after I backed to Hong Kong. So I designed this cute little cake for Ryan. It is made of passion fruit and yogurt mousse. I really love the biscuit base! It is so crunchy and buttery! I hope you guy will like this and try it out later~

從韓國回來後, Ryan是我最近很沉迷的卡通人物呢! 我完成迷上這可愛的小獅子! 所以呢, 我在回來香港後一直想要做跟它相關的甜點. 最後我就設計了這款Ryan蛋糕。這是用百香果跟乳酪慕士所做的。我超愛餅底那酥碎的口感啊! 我希望你們也會喜歡吧, 找天也試試看吧~

Ombre Rose Cake 漸變玫瑰擠花蛋糕

I wanna make this cake since long time ago ! I finally did it ! :D Many of you guys think that piping is a difficult skill for cake decoration. But I would like to tell you that it is not! Just give it a try and you will find it very easy. This colouring is so pretty~ I heard that Blue will let people think it's not delicious. It make me think about blue curry haha. But I think this ombre colour is so fantasy~ so "Elsa"-like haha . So I put a Elsa cookies on top, it definitely change to Frozen cake haha :D


這蛋糕我想做很久了!! 終於做了 :D 你們常常都很怕做擠花蛋糕裝飾,常常覺我這是個很難的技巧。但真的不是哦~ 當你做起來沒有想像中那麼困難啦! 另外, 顏色效果超好的~~ 聽說藍色會讓人覺得是不好吃的感覺, 就像藍色咖喱一樣 哈哈但我覺得這顏色漸變得好夢幻哦~ 超級 Elsa的。所以最後我直接加了Elsa餅乾上去, 一秒變魔雪奇系列了 :D

Galaxy Icing Cookies 銀河糖霜餅乾

Galaxy is so hit in dessert! Mirror cake, macaron or even cake pop are always having galaxy effect. So I made galaxy icing cookies. It is not very difficult but you will need a bit drawing skill. In the video, you can see the way that I draw. Actually, you can easily follow it. Enjoy~
